✅ Who Can Return Items

You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving it.

• Handbags must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Sale items and custom-made products cannot be returned.

You can ask for an exchange if:

• You received the wrong item

• The product is damaged or faulty

Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Items without their original packaging

• Discounted or sale items

💵 Refund Options

Refunds are given either as store credit or back to your original payment method (after we check the returned item).
Shipping charges are not refundable.
